Static Assets – Uploading Images & Media in the Back Office

Introduction

Static Assets are media files such as images, icons, diagrams, and videos used across templates, modules, and the Assistant. You can upload assets by dragging a link (drag-and-drop) directly into the upload field.


Upload Methods

1. Uploading Local Files

  1. Open any template or module that supports Static Assets.
  2. Click the Static Asset Upload element.
  3. Select a file from your device.
  4. Save your changes.

2. Upload by Dragging a Link (Drag-and-Drop)

You can upload external media by dragging a link preview directly into the upload area.

  1. Open the external website.
  2. Drag the image or video preview with your mouse.
  3. Drop it onto the upload field.
  4. The asset is automatically imported and saved.

Best Practices

  • Use clear and consistent file names.
  • Prefer WebP or optimized images for performance.
