Support for batch update of entities
- Batch updates are now available for templates

Support for Ticket import
- Ticket import is now available.
Improvements
- The entity import option has been moved to the split-button menu in the entity overview (same location as batch updates).
- List changes (columns, order, width) are now saved automatically.
- Added syntax highlighting for variables. Enable it with
Shift + Tor by default in User UI Settings.
