- Video Session Creation Flows
A new submodule is now available that enables the definition of video session creation flows. - Notification type filters for notification drawer
In the notification drawer, it is now possible to filter for specific notification types. - Filter to find missing customer team mappings
The list of customers can now be filtered for missing customer team mappings. - Inheritance - Effortlessly revert detached property fields to inheritance
You can now easily view the original value from the template, and if desired, overwrite the current value with it to return to inheritance.
Improvements
- Video Session Notifications
In the notifications submodule, it is now possible to define several groups of employees who can be made responsible for conducting video sessions. - Messenger - Attachment messages get stacked
When multiple attachments are sent simultaneously or in quick succession, they are stacked. - Ticketing - Email addresses of notification receivers can now be edited and copied more easily
When clicking on an address, it is automatically copied to the clipboard. - Fleet Management - List of uninvolved employees is hidden by default
To increase clarity, the list of all available employees is only displayed after clicking "+ADD Employee". - Audio messages have an updated design
The appearance of audio messages was changed to improve usability. - Messenger - Search animation was added
When searching for messages, an animated magnifying glass is displayed until the results are available. - Wallet button now displayed in the preview
The "Add to Wallet" button is now also displayed in the preview, provided that the module is activated. - Clickable phone numbers in the back office
Phone numbers are now clickable in the back office, enabling users to initiate calls directly by simply clicking on them.
