Features
- Passkeys for Login
Passkeys can now be used for logging in to the plattform. - Stacked Email Notifications
Email notifications of the same type, e.g., messages for the same ticket, will be stacked (in email applications which support this functionality) - Improved Invitation Procedure for Inviations via Import
When updating employees via import, already invited employees will not receive a new invitation unless explicitly triggered via a dedicated command. - Labels Step for Ticket - and Video Session Creation Flows
Ticket - and video session creation flows can now include a label step.
Improvements
- Map Centered on Search Location
When using the area search function and no results are found, the map now displays a circle indicating the searched area. - Use Customer Address' Button in Device Details View
A 'Use Customer Address' button is now available next to the location input field of a device if the linked customer has a saved address. - Reporter Step for Video Session Creation Flows
Video session creation flows may now include a reporter step. - User Name Preset in Reporter Step
In the reporter step of ticket and video session creation flows, the current logged-in user's name is now prefilled as the default value for employees and customer login users. - Draft Filter for Labels
The label overview now features a draft filter.
