Features
- Labels for Customers
Labels can now be added to customers, and a label selection step is included in the customer creation flow. - Labels on Devices
Labels can now be added to devices. Label steps can be added to device creation flows, and a label submodule allows restrictions at the template and device level. - Labels on Templates
Labels can now be added to templates. - Labels on Codes
Labels can now be added to codes. A label selection option has been added to the batch creation settings, ensuring selected labels are applied to all generated codes. - Entity Share Button
A share button is now available in the details view of tickets, video sessions, devices, and codes. This feature allows users to generate a direct access link to these entities. Links can be shared as a URL or QR code, with two access options: a preset 30-minute time limit or permanent access. - Keyboard Shortcuts
A "Keyboard Shortcuts" button has been added to the main menu. Clicking it displays a list of all available shortcuts.
Improvements
- Searchable Organization Module Settings
A search bar has been added, allowing users to find specific modules more easily. - Customer Login has Access to Labels of the Service Provider Company
Customer login users can now sort and filter their entities (tickets, video sessions, tasks, devices, and codes) using labels from the parent company. - AI Assistant Management for OpenAI Instances
Users can now create, update, and delete AI Assistant instances directly from the AI Assistant module settings, ensuring seamless management of OpenAI connections.
