New Features
- Date entry via keyboard
The date picker now allows entering the date directly via keyboard. - Default labels for tasks
The task module allows setting default labels for custom tasks – with separate configurations for tasks created by internal or external users. - Search requests overview
A modul displays all search requests made since the application was loaded. Useful for composing queries in the app or accessing them via the API with external tools (shortcut: type “?” in the app). - Display of corporate customer ID
The corporate customer ID is now shown in the info section of corporate customer departments. - Notification on removal
Notification receivers (tickets, tasks, video sessions) now get a message when they are removed as receivers.

- Adjustable ticket messenger width
The width of the ticket messenger can now be customized.
