New Features
- New “External Content” element
A new element type in the Text Assistant allows embedding external content via an iframe. - External ID for tickets
Tickets now have an “External ID” property, which allows them to synchronize with external systems. - Info block in notification emails
Notification emails with a refresh token (e.g. for code user access) now include an information block explaining that these links expire.
Improvements
- Extended search options in lists
It is now possible to search for entries without a value in a column. Click the magnifying glass on the column header and choose “Does not contain”. - Single step property editing
Tickets and video sessions now support single step property editing in the client via edit mode.
