Improvements
- Improved invitation process for customer logins
Invitation emails for customer logins can now be sent or re-sent after employee creation. - Invitation date updated on re-send
The invitation date for employees is now updated every time a new invitation is sent. - Search by department in employee lists
The department column can now be searched for both employees and customer login employees. - Sorting employees by department
Employees and customer login employees can now be sorted by their department. - Department filter for customer login employees
A dedicated department filter is now available for customer login employees. Existing filters have also been fixed. - DONE state displayed in grey
The DONE state in tickets and video sessions is now displayed in grey. - Confirmation dialog when copying module items
A confirmation popup is now shown when copying module items or groups to other templates. - Using the contact email address as reply-to address
The contact email address defined in the organization mail settings can be used as the reply-to address for notification emails. - Instructions for activating and resetting push notifications
Instructions are available that explain how to activate or reset push notifications on various levels.
