Special Permissions:

  • Can create, edit, and delete customers (picture).
  • Can edit or delete any ticket or video session at any time, without being assigned.
  • Can assign or withdraw tickets and video sessions from employees (picture).

Limitations:

  • Cannot change company settings.
  • Cannot create, edit, or delete templates.
  • Cannot create, edit, or delete employees.
  • Cannot edit code configurations.

Purpose:

  • Defines a role for managing and overseeing service case workflows.
  • Supports operational efficiency by granting permissions necessary for moderating tasks, while restricting access to sensitive company-wide settings.
