New Features
- Customizable notification email templates
Organization administrators can now customize notification emails (logo, names, colors, and custom SMTP server). - PDF export for existing codes
It is now possible to generate PDFs for existing codes via the export functionality. - Labels for dynamically created codes
Dynamically created codes (via dynamic code flows) can now also be labeled. - Show accepted ticket offers
It is now possible to display in the ticket list which users accepted a ticket offer (“edited by” column).
Improvements
- Smaller code PDFs
When exporting codes in batches, the file size of the generated PDFs is now significantly smaller. - Increased batch PDF export limit
Users can now create up to 1000 codes in one batch PDF export (previously 50). - More stable video session reuse
Reusing existing video sessions is now more stable. - Improved notification step
The notification step in ticket/task/video session flows has been improved (relevant channels are displayed, order of elements optimized).
