- Upload static assets by dragging external links
It is now possible to upload static assets by dragging a link – for example, a photo or video from another website – directly onto the upload element. This makes the upload process faster and more intuitive.

Video sessions now display a running call timer showing the current call duration. - Expiration warning for video sessions
Users will receive an automatic warning 5 minutes before a video session expires. - Bulk editing for user notification settings
Multiple notification settings can now be updated at once for several users. - Video compression now supported in Safari
Videos are now automatically compressed when uploaded via the Safari browser, reducing upload times. - Improved date range picker in list filters
The date range picker has been redesigned and now combines start and end dates in a single selection control. - Attachments for compliance elements and steps
Compliance steps now support file attachments, such as template PDF files or static assets containing instructions. - Grouped layout for organization and user settings
Organization and user settings are now grouped into clearer sections, improving navigation and usability. - Title step in ticket creation flows
