- Templates can be generated directly from a URL
- Text Assistants can be generated from document

- Text Assistants can be split into multiple groups now
- It's possible to change the linked device for tickets, video sessions, events and tasks
- Code PDFs can be attached to confirmation emails in dynamic code flows
- Title & description in the URL concierge / link submodule are customizable now
- Define labels for automatically created customers in dynamic code flows
- Declare generic file groups for internal use only (hidden from external users)
- Change the title of video sessions via batch update

- Top-left button section moves into a sandwich menu when space is limited
