To provide you with the greatest possible value, we are constantly working on improving our platform, fixing issues, and adding new features. Read here what’s new and what has changed:

New Features

  • Tickets can now be downloaded as PDF files or shared directly via email, messenger apps, and other supported applications.
  • Devices now support GTIN and Batch Number fields.
  • Events can now be created directly from the Event tab within a task state.
  • The column width in Back Office creation flows can now be adjusted.
  • A notification is now displayed when a customer rating is pending.

Improvements

  • Tasks and events can now be updated in batches.
  • The AI Assistant has been upgraded and now supports the latest OpenAI models.
  • AI Assistant guardrails have been enhanced to provide more precise and reliable responses.
  • The performance of statistics generation has been significantly improved, especially for large datasets.
  • The controls for editing the headquarters and departments of organizations/corporate customers have been improved for a more intuitive user experience.

Fixed Issues

  • Various usability and performance optimizations throughout the platform.
