Release Notes - v1.82 - 2026-08-04

To provide you with the greatest possible value, we are constantly working on improving our platform, fixing issues, and adding new features. Read here what’s new and what has changed:

New Features

• Mass updates now support search-based selection, allowing entities to be selected for updates using a search query.
• The device creation flow now displays the selected template before proceeding, making template selection clearer.
• It is now possible to change the template of a device directly in the client.
• A label step has been added to the default creation flows for tickets, tasks, events, and video sessions.
• Events now support labels.
• Events now have their own dedicated state in the Back Office, in addition to the existing modal view.
• Events now support notification receivers, making it possible to send notifications (e.g. for tasks) to custom email addresses.
• A new Device Map dashboard widget is now available.
• A new Tickets & Video Sessions dashboard widget is available, combining statistics for completed and closed entities.

Improvements

• Support has been added for the HEIC, HEIF, AVIF, TIFF, and ICNS image formats.
• User-specific webhooks now include an option to ignore events triggered by the user themselves.
• A warning is now displayed if a ticket, task, or video session notification receiver will not receive notifications because the entity is marked as internal.
• The QR code and barcode scanner has been optimized for faster and more reliable performance on iOS.
• Additional template properties can now be updated using batch updates.
• Specifying the duration of tasks is now more intuitive.
• Images with transparent backgrounds are now displayed using the standard checkerboard background, making transparency easier to identify.
