- Anyone who is logged into their organization's platform. These users have access to their organization's back-office application.
- The counterpart, "Code Users," are users who are not logged in and thus can only access the platform via codes.
- Customers with customer login (article) are simultaneously "Code Users" from the perspective of the main organization and "Employees" from the perspective of their own organization. However, they enjoy some advantages over "Code Users", e.g., access to their devices via login.
