Types of Customers:
- Private Customers:
- Individuals who use the platform as private users.
- Unlike corporate customers, private customers cannot be subdivided into departments.
- Corporate Customers:
- Organizations using the platform for their operational needs.
- Corporate customers always have a headquarters, and departments can be added to reflect their organizational structure.
- The hierarchical setup allows for clearer reporting and segmentation of service cases.
Customer Login:
- Corporate customers can receive their own platform, to which their employees can be invited.
- The Customer Login allows access to all devices linked to their organization and offers many additional advantages (article).
