- It is set separately for each template and each submodule (Notifications (article) & Fleet Management (article)).
- Can be the group at the top of the list (default setting) or may be selected manually (picture)(picture).
- Purpose:
- Without "Ticket Creation Flows": The only group that is notified about new tickets.
- With "Ticket Creation Flows": The fallback solution for ticket creation flows for which no responsible group has been defined (picture).
