- Groups can be found in the Ticketing submodules "Notifications" and "Fleet Management" (picture).
- Groups may consist of Employees, Departments, Meta Teams and Teams (picture)(picture).
- Multiple groups may be created in each submodule (picture). Which group is responsible depends on the respective settings in the ticket creation flows (picture).
- Default group: If no specific group has been selected, the group at the top of the list will be the "Default Group" (picture)(picture). This group is responsible if no specific group has been selected for a creation flow or if no ticket creation flows exist.
