Meta Team is a collection of teams grouped together to represent a broader category or organizational function. Meta Teams are used to structure teams with the same tasks but different responsibilities, such as geographic regions.

Purpose:

  • Provides a high-level organizational structure for managing multiple teams with similar functions.
  • Simplifies team management by grouping related teams under a unified category.

Key Benefits:

  • Supports Smart Routing: Meta Teams can be added as notification receivers to creation flows at the template level. Depending on the customer and the customer-team mapping (article), different teams will be notified.
