How to get there

  1. Select MY COMPANY from the side menu.
  2. Click on the Employees tab.
  3. Select an employee.
    Note: Select the employee linked to your account to get to the personal account settings.

Alternative to get to the personal account settings

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner to open the notifications drawer.
  2. Click on your profile picture again.

Personal Information

Note: Changes can only be made by administrators or the users themselves.

First Name
Last Name
Name of the employee
RoleRole of the employee
This setting determines the permissions/limitations of this user.
For more information, please read the article 'Employee Roles' (article).
DepartmentsThe departments to which this employee is assigned to.
Note: This setting can have a great impact on the employee's access to entities of the organization if department isolation is activated.
For more information, please read the article 'Department Isolation' (article).
Job TitleJob title of the employee
Note: This field allows free text entries that are not validated by the system.
The job title does not affect the permissions of the user.
It serves only as an optional tool for organizing the workforce.
User LanguageThe language this user prefers to use.
If a matching translation exists (= application language), this language is used for notification emails sent to the user.
Note: This setting does not affect the language in which the application is displayed.
Work AddressThe address of the user's workplace
Private AddressThe address of the user's home
Work PhoneA phone number where the user can be reached at work
Private PhoneA telephone number where the user can be reached outside of work
Date of birthDate of birth of the user
Email AddressEmail address of the user
Important: This address is initially used to invite the user and becomes the account email address by default. However, both can be changed individually later and may then be different from each other.
Account Email AddressThe email address used for this account to log in.
Notes:
- After the account has been used, the account email address can only be changed by the user.
- However, administrators can delete the account, set a new email address, and send a new invitation (picture).

Note: This tab, can only be viewed and edited by the user of the respective account.

Change PasswordAllows the user to change the account password (= login credentials)
Change LanguageAllows the user to change the user language
Change Account Email AddressAllows the user to change the account email address (= login credentials)
Delete Account?Allows the user to delete the account
NotificationsAllows the user to change the personal notification settings.
Notification channels can be enabled or disabled.
User InterfaceAllows the user to disable the app preview found in the module settings of templates and devices to improve performance if needed.

Advanced Notification Settings

Users can specify, for each event that triggers a notification, how they want to be notified about it. This includes the selection of channels used and the sending strategy. For more information, please read the article "Advanced Notification Settings" (article).

Teams

Team Assignments EN

In this tab, the current team assignments of the user are displayed. Administrators and moderators can add or remove assignments. For more information, please read the article "Meta Teams" (article).

Ticket Ratings

This tab lists all rated tickets that this employee has worked on.

Video Session Ratings

This tab lists all rated video sessions that this employee has worked on.
