Introduction
The Concierge module allows service providers to offer additional value to users by providing URLs (websites) to helpful external resources in a convenient and structured way. These links can for example lead users to:
- The service provider’s website
- Their online store
- External support pages, documentation, or partner platforms
When a user clicks a Concierge link, the linked website opens in a new browser tab, taking them outside the platform while ensuring seamless access to relevant services.
Users can access Concierge elements:
- Via the module button in the main menu. (picture)
- Via action buttons in the Assistant.
Note: The Assistant can reference both individual concierge elements and concierge groups, allowing flexible navigation options.
How to Get There
- Select TEMPLATES from the side menu.
- Select a template.
- Open the Modules Tab.
