Creating the Concierge

Introduction

The Concierge module allows service providers to offer additional value to users by providing URLs (websites) to helpful external resources in a convenient and structured way. These links can for example lead users to:

  • The service provider’s website
  • Their online store
  • External support pagesdocumentation, or partner platforms

When a user clicks a Concierge link, the linked website opens in a new browser tab, taking them outside the platform while ensuring seamless access to relevant services.

Users can access Concierge elements:

  • Via the module button in the main menu. (picture)
  • Via action buttons in the Assistant.
Note: The Assistant can reference both individual concierge elements and concierge groups, allowing flexible navigation options.

How to Get There

  1. Select TEMPLATES from the side menu.
  2. Select a template.
  3. Open the Modules Tab.
  4. Select URL from the side menu.

How the Concierge Works

Concierge Structure

The Concierge consists of groups and elements, with each element being assigned to a Concierge group.

Concierge groups act as categories, helping organize links into structured sections.
Note: The Assistant can reference both individual concierge elements and entire concierge groups, making it easy to integrate Concierge links into structured guidance systems.

  2. Enter a title for the group.
  3. Click SAVE.

Step 2: Add Concierge Elements

Once you have created at least one group, an element editor appears at the top of the page.

  1. Enter a title.
  2. Enter the URL to which the element should link.
  3. Select a group from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click + ADD ELEMENT.
