How to get there
- Select TEMPLATES from the side menu.
- Select a template.
- Select the Modules Tab.
- Select Video Sessions from the side menu.
The Idea behind it
The goal is to minimize the number on-site deployments by replacing them with video calls. With video sessions, service employees can see the code users' situations without being personally present. Thanks to augmented reality functions, they can give precise instructions so that code users can fix even complex problems themselves.

Video Session Settings
Allow recordings
Give your service employees the option of recording video sessions (picture). However, this is only possible if the code users have given their prior consent (picture). Recordings are available to both sides after a video session has ended.
Record by default
The recording intent can be preset. This means that all video sessions are recorded by default, given that code users agree to it. An additional step will appear in the video session request flow to ask for consent (picture).
Screenshots
Allow your service employees to take screenshots during video sessions. These screenshots can be edited (e.g., to highlight certain elements) and are available to both sides after a video session has ended.
Display names and profile pictures
Code users will see the name and profile picture of the employee who is calling (picture).
Additional Features

Rating
After a video session is done, code users can rate their service experience and leave a comment.
Preset Reasons
When requesting a video session, code users are asked for the reason for their request. With 'Preset Reasons', you can offer code users a choice of possible answers (picture).
Notifications (Submodule)
Note: To be able to use the submodule, it must be switched on (picture).
With the Notifications submodule, you can define which employees should receive requests for video sessions. You may select both individual employees and entire departments.

Show notification receivers
After creating a video session request, code users are shown the names and profile pictures of the notified service employees (picture).
