Overview: The "heart and brain" of the sqanit platform, which empowers platform operators to manage, configure, and oversee all platform functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Device Compatibility: Optimized for desktop computers, laptops, and tablets.

Primary Functions:

  • Platform Configuration: Enables operators to design, customize, and configure templates, modules, and workflows to align with specific organizational needs. All changes are synced across devices.
  • Service Case Management: Supports end-to-end management of service cases.
  • Smart Routing and Team Assignments: Enables the automatic and efficient distribution of service requests, assigning cases based on team roles, regions, or customer type.
  • Customer Access: Customers with login access (Customer Login - article) can monitor their devices, view data, and create service requests directly through the Back Office.
  • Data and Compliance Monitoring: Provides access to real-time data, reports, and compliance metrics, supporting regulatory compliance and performance optimization.

Counterpart to the Mobile Application: While the mobile application is designed for quick access by field users and end-users, the Back Office is designed for service case management, administration, and strategic oversight.
